I did flag it as superseded for "with Update" system/images and moved it to RTM folder it's superseded, nothing will happen and WU will not offer it is for WU client, and WinPE images don't have it The list of updates that i would recommend to interate in both boot.wim and winre.wim (if you want): Code: Baseline\KB2934018 Baseline\KB2966870 Baseline\KB2989647 Security\KB2993651 General\KB2962409 General\KB2969817 General\KB2975719 General\KB2993100 General\KB2994897 Hotfix\KB2926792 Hotfix\KB2936111 Hotfix\KB2970215-x64 Hotfix\KB2974735 Hotfix\KB2989936 and don't forget to copy setup.exe of boot.wim 2 to iso's sources folder
My bad, it's the literacy thing I'm having a problem with now=now I have to learn how to read . Thanks...clears up a lot of confusion.
@abbodi1406 I was wondering if this is a worthy feature request for people with troublesome hotfixes. In my particular case, i use WHDownloader as my hotfix grabber and use the directory structure for my offline wim servicing. 2 updates (Windows8.1-KB2965142-x86.msu and Windows8.1-KB2981655-x86.msu) won't integrate and give me errors. Because i use /addpackage for the whole directory, i simply change the extension from .msu to .msu- so dism skips them. The catch is WHDownloader sees it as missing and it shows up to download. I was wondering if there could be a filter for the .msu- extention or something similar so it can properly hide. More importantly, if there is an update for the troublesome hotfix the superseded check can remove it making it easier for the end users who don't frequent the threads as much. I have also seen people with non-english editions having problems with the odd hotfix so this would be applicable to them especially.
Well, that's something up to our dear Alphawave to determine if it's doable i'm not following your meaning on the second one you want something to detect or remove installed superseded hotfixes?
Hi, On "Proxy Settings" window should be button like "Ok"? If i close this window via [X], it doesn`t save my settings. Or can me suggest how set proxy settings through config.ini file?
Did this utility have an option like download update from Windows update log or something like that. I am not running Windows 8.1 or Server 2012 R2 yet, but wondering if it is possible to add that feature? The feature downloads all the update shown in the Windows update dialog, this would make it easier for me to download Windows update without having to manually download them one at a time for integration. I tried other update down loader, but never seems to get all the updates required, still have quite a few updates in the Windows Update dialog.
I have a question regarding lists for Windows 7 x86 & x64. Does the lists include only post SP1 updates or all updates since Windows 7 was released (not counting superseded)?
Launch WHD, pick the update list, right click the bottom expand all updates, select/deselect all updates, search updates.
I tried to find the menu option to install updates but didn't find. WHDownloader 0.1.0, can install all updates automatically?
