It does'nt matter even when you are polite they won't let you transfer license between motherboards. At least that was my case

 

I know that one guy, don't remember his name, was Insider a long time, could not get activated, gave him phone number and told him to call and be nice, have not heard anything

People need free upgrade because Windows cost too much. Licensing changes need to as I say about license transfer for motherboard. Illegal means not good. I trust Nadella and believe that he will change licensing things. I love Microsoft but problem is not Microsoft but people thinking, strategy that sometimes are bad.
This means that we must provide feedbacks to Nadella because he is listening in people!
