Yes. They are the same. Sorry to disagree mate but it happened when 10 came out and with TH2, when Insiders get the not watermarked build, it's final. Insiders will keep receiving kbs to change the build string but on August 2 it will be the same build released to Insiders. Ex: Insiders get 15000.034 build on 15th Anniversary Update is 15000.056 on 2nd KBs update to bump string
This is the 1511 esd file which insiders got: Code: 10586.0.151029-1700.TH2_RELEASE_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_NL-NL.esd Size: 2.42 GB (2,604,762,866 bytes) Installed build: 10586.0 This is the 1511 esd file the general public got thru WU: Code: 10586.0.151029-1700.th2_release_clientmulti_ret_x64fre_nl-nl_0a48b42ddd526e53eaefc754e2786437bc77a381.esd Size: 2.46 GB (2,646,288,672 bytes) Installed build: 10586.0 Back then there were not much differences between the IP and the Genaral release
My Opinion NO The opinion of the Insider Program. They only care about Builds that are released to Insiders.
