You won't find KB2717541 anywhere and KB2748437 is going to be next to impossible to find. But if you just want the fixes that are offered in those two, there are newer hotfixes that will work for you: KB2775511-v2 supersedes KB2717541 and it can be downloaded with WHDownloader. But KB2775511-v2 is a larger rollup of hotfixes. If you want just a small hotfix that supersedes KB2717541, KB2924678 will work for you and it can be downloaded if you search for a site called "thehotfixshare". Or use the newer KB2917033, available through WHDownloader. KB2760730-v2 supersedes KB2748437 and it's also available through WHDownloader. Edit: Oh yeah- forgot to mention that the MS site to download hotfixes is down currently so WHDownloader won't work for them right now. Hopefully it's a temporary problem, but MS may have killed it completely. You can get those hotfixes from that other site I mentioned for the time being. Or use abbodi1406's advice below.
