All editions are on every DVD. They use this file to tell the installer which edition to setup. By removing this file you will be given an option of which edition you want to install when you boot from the DVD.

You don't need to save the iso with UltraISO you can delete the ei.cfg file and just burn the dvd on the fly:)

    Burn Speed

    Hi,

You should always burn ISO images at the slowest writing speed, as burning them at maximum speed can be problematic. You should also use the verify option to check the disk has been successfully written.

All this may take a little longer, but you will end up with a disc that has less chance of having read problems, which can be a real pain if its a Windows installation DVD.

    All the best,

    Shane.

Redownload or change media. Sometimes a media change will make a difference.

Any quality burner can burn these images at max...The slowest speed trick is an older problem with older burners IMHO...A good copy program is also a benefit. CDBurnerXP is a fantastic free program..

Test the ISO in a VM before the burn..If it installs in VM, then the problem is the copy process..
