Where to save .exe priority in registry?

    I use Process Hacker and it allows to set and save priority levels for whichever .exe files. The problem with one specific .exe is that when it is being used, it either quickly switches threads or it restarts every second or something else, but I can't even set a priority level for it, let alone save it. I know there is a place in Windows 10 registry that would save whichever prioririty for whichever .exe.

    There is also another Process Hacker method, using its own UserNotesDB.xml:
    I want to set QuickBMS.exe (2 bold lines I added manually) priority to High and have my PC remember that, but it does not work for some reason, at least not through Process Hacker.
