Hi, I am trying to get Vista SP1 activated, and not sure what tool I need to use with all these 100s of activation procedures.

    -Laptop = Sony VAIO VGN-FE770G
    -Motherboard = Sony VAIO VGN-FE14SP
    -BIOS Version is R0174J3
    -Bios Type = PHOENIX

I saw some post related to this here: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/6263

What do I do with that, can someone please which activation procedure I can use without too much trouble. Thanks a lot for any help!

There isn't really 100s of activation procedures. Basically, it can be broken down into 2 procedures. Hardmod or Softmod.

    Hardmod:
Involves modifying your BIOS to include the needed SLIC info. You will need to do some reading on this. First step is to request someone to mod your BIOS for you in this section. Make sure your request is properly formatted.

    Softmod:
BIOS emulation programs such as Vistaloaders or WoW patch. Do some reading on these as well.
