I want to return to console gaming and I'm wondering what system I should get. A Nintendo Switch, a PS4 (since the scalpers got all the PS5s) or both. I've had every Nintendo system except the switch, but the games on the switch seem like were made for 8 year olds. I've already beat Zelda BOTW when I owned a Wii-U and that seems like the most interesting game on the switch besides Luigi's Mansion 3. Playstation has more adult themed games, but I'm very unfamiliar with that system. I haven't owned a playstation since the PS1 so I'm out of the loop. Which one should I get? I mainly like Action/Adventure games and some RPG's...and of Course GTA, but I have GTA V for PC so that's not a concern. Love Mileena Kombat...err...Mortal Kombat as well. I'm not that concerned with 4K gaming and XBOX is out of the question. I'm moving away from Micro$oft as much as possible.
