I had a ZTE android phone ( Z992 ) that ran Jellybean and I could not keep it from crashing. Pandora and a text message would kill it.. Now I have a Lumia 520 which for the $70 that I paid, is pretty nice. Windows phone does not intergrate facebook messaging that well, but those who I facebook message, I also text message so it's a moot point.. I came to the conclusion that in order to get a nice Android, I'd have to spend $200 ( I have a gophone plan ), but I could get a windows phone for half of that. I was considering getting a Lumia 720 but the price difference and reviews did not make that worthy
For me it's iOS for sure. I have used both HTC and iPhone, but prefer iPhone (mainly the iOS) much. iOS runs more smoothly than Android.
Ignoring Symbian which had perhaps great call management, I have used windows and android. I like the simplicity of Windows and features/apps of android. For just phone purposes, call management/contacts, etc was better for me in windows (7.5) than in android (4.2)
device whose hardware specs are made public and hence i can write the OS straight up from source. because i personally like none of the mentioned OS. i am a DIY guy. so i like to do it myself. if i break it then blame is on me, if it works smooth pat myself. each OS has its own flaws and bright side. but rolling your own from scratch is like...... yayyyyy! so? NOTA (none of the above)! sorry i am a puritist. xD! thanks! -paul
Of course, First off all is Android, beside Windows Mobile/Phone. Sadly for Symbian as we all know Nokia not longer support for Symbian they.. move to Windows phone.. have a nice day...
I have symbian, android... My friends have iOS... They are in pan-Unix group...OK. BUT The rubbish is windows-fone.
I would like the mobile os that have user interface of windows phone but os of android. combination of windows phone+android os
as far as i know they never be a part...probably on next coming? who knows or try to install on your adroid windows 8 interface look likes (Windows 8 for Android v1.5.apk) Interested?
Actually Symbian is a good phone OS..and hope Symbian will make their own phone not a part of other brand eg.nokia..etc..who know
Windows Phone is a smart choice for moment and future. However, it might be next 1 year coming when lots of other features coming to Windows Phone that make people really want to move to the new OS.
Well, I like the new type "Universal App" on Windows Phone development - it allows you to develop one app for both platform (Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1). I think this will give WP a little boost
