Good morning everybody, i just bought a new Wi-Fi Card for my HP Notebook Computer EliteBook 8540p. What a mess, BIOS will not accept the new card. After reading tons of Internet pages i now knew, there is a whitelist in my BIOS. I didn't hear such stupid things before. I searched for serveral hours for a BIOS with removed Whitelist - and was not able to find one. Do i have any chance as an non-Bios-Expert to use my new Wi-Fi-Card or do i have to send it back to the dealer and keep the old one? Thank you in advance for any help. Greetings from Germany, Olaf
