Why would it be non verifiable build it's official updates just included it's not like anybody is doing any tweaks or mods as such it's integration of official updates
Verifiable build = verifiable checksum directly from MS. As soon as you modify an ISO even slightly, there is no such checksum anymore to verify against. Thus, MDL has a policy to not allow posting images that have been modified, no matter how and to what extent. On the other hand, teaching topic readers how to integrate the updates and providing the resources (tools) to do so is allowed. By all means, go ahead.
