It's another strategy from the Micro$h4ft Nazis to force people to use Windows 10

no, it's just that older Windows kernels does not receive updates anymore.

    Exactly.

While the CPU should work with win 7/8, it will not be optimized with the older OS.

This is why the linux kernel needs to be updated as well, and even the kernel maintainers don't backport new CPU support for really old kernels.

thats if you try to download and install them into a running system but if you slipstream into an iso which will be used on kaby lake or ryzen, manually downloading them or using a downloader "should" be fine.

So in short, MS just want you to use Windows 10.
    There is no other reason.

If M$ finds out your using the Simplix UpdatePack, Satya might try to tear up your hard drive, or he'll sic Donna on you and you'll wake up tomorrow with Windows 10 installed on your pc!

it should work as long as the kernel understands the basic cpu architecture, sky to kaby no difference at all really. w7 already works well on ryzen(apus may be a different matter though) so if its only security updates that will be coming anyway, i dont think there will be much of a problem. :)
