I'm using OpenShell 4.4.170. The option I depicted must be on, as OpenShell depends on that, too. Without working AppLaunch tracking, even the OpenShell menu will not be able to display most frequently used and most recently added entries correctly.
With that option being on, a still not working recent entries option would be a Win10 Start menu problem I have no clue about, sorry.
