    bios dont have a 2.1 bios marker you need to use a bios mod or daz's loader should look like this
    OEM Activation 1.0 Data-->
    N/A

    OEM Activation 2.0 Data-->
    BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes
    Windows marker version: 0x20001
    OEMID and OEMTableID Consistent: yes
    BIOS Information:

    looks like multiple reasons:
    1. LegitcheckControl ActiveX: N/A, hr = 0x80070002
    Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002
    Should be :
    LegitcheckControl ActiveX: Registered, 1.9.9.1
    Signed By: Microsoft

    So you need to install the ActiveX Control when you Validate Online.

    2.License Status: Notification
    Notification Reason: 0xC004F07C.
    Should be:
    License Status: Licensed

    3. HrOnline: 0xC004C533
    Should be:
    HrOnline: 0x00000000

    4. Windows marker version: 0x0
    Should be:
    Windows marker version: 0x20001

    But If I remeber correctly doesn't your Bios have Factory SLIC 2.1 ?
    If so it may just be due to the issues MS is having with some OEM PC's.

    So it was a Mod, for some reason I thought you had Factory SLIC.
    I see so many Bios Related Posts I lose track.
    That's good to know.
    Thanks for posting back with your results.
