    could someone post the un-patched install.wim for windows 8 build 7955, or even one thats already patched, thanks

    You can get the unlatched one by yourself if you have the iso

    Just download something called PowerISO o UltraISO
    And open the Iso file in it, then got sources and dragndrop install.wim
