Weird title, I know, but my question is pretty simple.

I've got a windows 8 key, can I use that install Windows 10?
Last time I installed Windows 10, I first installed windows 8 and then upgraded to Window 10, just wondering if I can skip the Windows 8 step. So just go for a clean Windows 10 instead.

Normally it should work, by just entering the 7/8.x key.

Thank you, I'll try it out then.
Unless someone else thinks that it won't work

If you had 10 activated on that computer, you can skip entering the key entirely.
