i dont agree with clean install always, try to upgrade first if is a successful upgrade with out any errors, u save yourself lots of time...no need to re-install all apps import all your docs everything u have in their find drivers....and that for regular user way to complicated.

The take down requests come from a higher power and if MDL wants to remain, it has to obey:D

At least with RTM, upgrade, make sure it's activated, then clean install, for fresh start :D

Anyone going to answer my question? I updated from Windows Update 1 to 10162 and it's not activated, i would have to click activate. Should i wait till i get the RTM build?

You probably need to verify it, (where they call you on phone) or enter keys to activate off windows insider page

I don't belive you will have to enter key code on RTM, it will read it if its over qualifying version, and it will read it if it's OEM:D

Your 8.1 key is not right one for 10162, up above is right one

Thank you sir phew!! I knew it was close to RTM that's why i switched from Virtual Machine to my real hardware. So i can do further better testing and give feedback. :)
