It complains about insufficient disk space. How much is left? And do you maybe use a filesystem that's not NTFS?
And you have plenty of disk space on the disk where the script is, as that's the place it outputs the ISO to?

It needs about 6.67GB for the ISO. Is that much space left (plus maybe a few Gigs more for temp files)?

My kid has installed a lot of games apparently... but there are still 11Gb of free space! I'll try and uninstall some things and try again.

He is posting allover the board, i ran the test and it worked fine with a spacing in the folder name.
There is zero difference between 6.0 and 6.1 other then ISO selection, what exact problems did you have?
It opens the default folder, you can select that ISO or browse to another folder and select an ISO there, working fine here.
