That CPU is not supported for ages now, no patcher can fix that. All below Intel core i first gen and the AMD equivalents are not supported. 10 is still working fine and IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC for the next 5-6 years .
Iirc, with 23H2 it was not blocked. Please reply outside of the quote, else it is not shown properly.
The CPU blocks (because of missing SSE4.2 and POPCNT) were introduced with 24H2 (26100). 23H2 is the last Windows 11 working with non-SSE4.2 CPUs.
@Enthousiast Can I bypass Windows 11 internet and Microsoft account requirements and skip privacy questions with an ISO created with this?
The kit is for bypassing the arbitrary hardware requirements. As for the MS account and Internet "requirement", I think that can still be fixed with oobe\bypassnro.com in all Retail images. Only needed for Home, I think Pro and above have regular means to bypass that (going the "Domain" way).
What is the "Domain" way? I haven't installed Home or Pro recently, but I recall only disconnecting from the Internet to skip the Microsoft account, does this no longer work?

Has anyone tried it yet to determine if the Win 11 Boot And Upgrade FiX KiT v6.1f2 tool works with a Windows 11 26H1 ISO file?
Thanks to you both for your reply. I'm currently using 25H2 and have a spare PC, so I'd like to try out 26H1. Update: The tool worked fine with 26H1 for creating an install disc. The install of 26H1 also went fine.
