i installed this gadget and ran a reassessment of windows experience index. the graph showed both cpu's been used upto a 100% using certain parts especially cpu assessment and dropped during the hard-disk assessment. so i guess this means the assessment is right. cpu utilization is okay i guess. my hard disk is getting damaged slowly and needs to be replaced. i've attached the last bit of the graph.
