    i mounted the iso then ran the setup.exe from there

    do you have a link where i can get the correct iso from please

    my original one was from ftp and kaspersky deleted it of my desktop

    ok so it is saying sp1 is already installed but i cant seem the find the update for it in installed updates :confused: lol

    that's really strange!!
    ok now i'm going to offer you a last solution and if it does not work, no other choice but to reinstall windows to do the activation.
