Would be better if you tried to understand which OP's problem is. The USB problem is limited to the installation. Is pretty obvious that the USB2 support can't be removed from whatever OS/HW for at least a decade. My method (that involves a SINGLE line pasted in the command prompts) skips completely the problem and saves a lot of time V.S. a traditional setup, even if the problem wasn't there. Using the setup to do a dual boot installation is just stupid nowadays. P.S. generally learning new thing hasn't ever killed a single person. I'm sure the same applies to the OP, no matter how skilled he is
Most all Z100 and H series have 4 USB 3.0 ports on the rear I/O. Even if the Motherboard MFG has not made a tool, the only thing that needs to be done is to add the XHCI drivers ( 3.0 ) to the win 7 image which is on a flash drive. Intel even released a TWP notes explaining the win 7 install. DOC - 333136-001
