Hi. Tried to install fresh windows with oem folder added to iso. But nothing happened. No logos no certs no key. Seems like your scrypt does not work with my laptop. Checked query tool and it does not find slic 2.1 in my bios, despite slictoolkit. Could you tell where manually I need to put files of logos and sertificates for my Compaq laptop?

It should work on any edition of Windows 7 and Windows 8.x except for Single Language edition, you won't get neither oem branding nor oem activation.

Need more info....export what slic tookit said and post it in code tags. Post what the query tool said in code tags as well. Also what OS are you trying to install? Did you mod your bios with slic 2.1? There are a lot of factors.

The instructions don't say it has to be a multi language edition. Nor do you have to use any script commands unless you want an unattended install.
Isn't moving the $OEM$ folder all that's required?

win 8.x single lang. that Mister X is talking about is different from multi lang. You should just have to add the oem folder to the windows install dvd/usb and that's it.

Nothing wrong with slic. I already have win 7 installed and activated on my modded slic 2.1 lappy. Slic was modified. Trying now multi-oem install. Tried query tool again and it worked this time.

I'm looking for this $OEM$ folder but with the Loader inside too so that it can pre-activate non-slic 2.1 bios too?
    Does anyone have this?

I do, just wait me to upload. It has Daz Loader 2.2.2, is OK?

    Hello there maties,
Last these few days i've been customizing and slipstreaming my win8.1 dvd.

I can't seem to get this to auto apply the branding and theming. I'm using windows 8.1 update 1 Core/Pro

    Cheers

    Try it without your customizations.

Basicly it's slipstreamed and copy pasting this folder. It seems that the key to activate windows 8.1 (win 8 oem key) disables oobe.cmd.
    Any workaround?

ok, but does this need any cracking or activation besides the embedded key?

I just added the ei.cfg, better delete it and add one of these keys then.

Isn't it better to have a firstlogon.cmd in this case?

    No other method is needed.
For win 8.1 add PID.txt file in sources folder of iso with either a gvlk key or install key (anything other then a oem key). oobe.cmd will then work.
Setupcomplete.cmd = non oem (no oem-dm key in bios for win 8.x)
Firstlogon.cmd = for oem (oem-dm key in bios) only

So in your case add the pid.txt file with any key other then oem (a non oem key for the version you are installing of course). Use Firstlogon.cmd in your case also and it should work.
    Hope this helps. ;)
