    Good point there but I had loads of HDD's & SSD's as I use it for testing hardwares, softwares etc. As this HDD is the 2nd hand spare 1TB - better than nothing :) My SSD is more important to my use 24-7 and it only had 1 version on it is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64.

    If i wanted to update the Windows loader from 1.9.7.0 to the latest 2.0.3.0 and rebuild the iso;

    do i only need to change the Windows Loader.exe in \sources\$oem$\$$\Setup\scripts and rebuild or anythings else need to be added/deleted ?

    Of course, just replace the old "Windows Loader.exe" with the new one and your good.

    One of mine mirror links (mediafire) doesn't work anymore, it has been removed by Mediafire (!)... "File Removed for violation of our Terms of Service" :D
    The other one works though EnterUpload ;)

    Perhaps, as long as it uses OEM:SLP.

    newbie doubts

    I hope that this issue has not already been answered before (this thread is excellent, but I confess do not read it all)!

    According SLIC_ToolKit my motherboard has a bios slic 2.1, so I could use the version without loader (AIO-DVD-Win7-Activation-[2.1bios-only] v1.09.7z).
    However, the manufacturer of my PC (Positivo Informática), which is the first or second largest in my country, is not included in the folder "scripts\Certificates".
    Could be some relatively simple way to circumvent this problem? For example, considering
    the following lines in the OOBE.cmd:

    Code:
    ::set default brand/serial; if manufacturer not matched::
    SET MAN=DEFAULT&goto :ACER
    And

    Code:
    ::apply certificate::
    IF EXIST %windir%\Setup\scripts\Certificates\%MAN%.xrm-ms (
       cscript //nologo %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs -ilc %windir%\Setup\scripts\Certificates\%MAN%.xrm-ms >nul
       RD /S /Q %windir%\Setup\scripts\Certificates >nul
    )
    ... if I rename the OEM certificate backed up by SLIC_ToolKit to Default.xmr-ms and put it in the directory "scripts\Certificates" that would be helpful?

    Another question, if instead of using PowerISO or UltraISO, I extract the contents of the ISO file to a new directory using 7-Zip, delete "ei.cfg" and copy the $oem$ folder into the "sources" folder, and run the following command in elevated prompt:

    Code:
    Oscdimg.exe -bC:\pt_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u\boot\etfsboot.com -h
    -u2 -m -lWIN_PT_DVD C:\pt_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u\ C:\Win7sp1br.iso
    ... the resulting disk image would be functional?
    In any case, congratulations to searchengine for this beautiful project:clapping:

    1. Open your windows 7 ISO
    2. Unpack of the rars from Link 1 OR Link 2, Link 2 is preffered to download
    3. Drag the $OEM$ folder to the windows 7 ISO and drop inside "sources" folder
    4. Save ISO.

    You have added what is necessary to activate windows during setup (last part of installation)
