    this is tested on win xp and win 7 i still dont know if it works on vista (no computer to test it on)
    tell me or bertmace if you have any problems

    I had a nightmare problem trying to get WMP 12 to recognize my music library. Found out that every time WMP stumbles across a song with a broken ID3 tag it would take forever to reconcile that file. If you WMP will not load your music into the library look at your ID3 tags using third party software (third party because windows explorer looks to tags also and will hang on a bad tag).

    That would be fun when you get to around 20,000 tracks in your library!
