    Don't know.
I integrated into the install media and did a fresh install of Windows 7 PRO on my i5-6200U.

He wants 10 pro, HWID activated, and to do that seems to be a bit hard for her/him.

For the 7 to 10 HWID route:

First he/she has to be able to boot 7 SP1 Pro, and activate it with daz loader. For this he/she has to do 2 things, check if CSM/Legacy BIOS can be enabled and mod the 7 iso.

If it can be enabled he/she has a new "problem", integrating the USB3 drivers into the boot.wim index 2 to be able to boot the usb. Install 7 SP1 Pro, install usb3 drivers (and the other unknown devices), activate with the loader and upgrade, using the modded multiple editions iso or use the genuineticket.xml at clean 10 Pro install (still has to mod the iso to be able to select Pro instead or Home).

If it can't be enabled, 7 SP1 Ultimate is the windows to use, it can be activated by windslic slic injector on UEFI/GPT systems.

For the win 8.1 Pro > 10 PRO HWID:

Install 8.1 Pro, activate with KMSpico (other KMS tools may also work but i've tested it succesfully with KMSpico 10.2.0), install the unknown devices and upgrade with the modded 10 iso (genuineticket won't work).

And next, do a clean install of 10 Pro, it should be activated by a Digital License (HWID).

    i am back.
i have tested both windows 8.1 and Windows 7 with MAK key and the genuine ticket xml.
the windows says still not activated unfortunately .
i have rebooted the windows multiple time but it stills says not activated !
    what i did,
i have copied the file gatherosstate.exe from the windows 10 iso to the desktop of the activate windows 7 pro . i run it after couple of second it generated a GenuineTicket.xml file.
i saved that file on the installation usb drive.
i have formated the hdd and installed windows 10 pro with no wifi on. i have rebooted the computer after the installation is done.
after i've pasted the generated GenuineTicket.xml to the root folder of C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\ClipSVC\GenuineTicket\ and rebooted again
after i connected the pc to the wifi and it does take like 5 min to show the windows is not activated.

what have i done wrong ?
i have done those steps like 5 times but can't seem to get it activated !
    thank you guys

    1) You were able to install Windows 7 PRO with integrated USB3 on an MBR formatted drive with UEFI set to CSM/Legacy ? Y/N
    2) You activated the Windows 7 PRO installation with Windows Loader v2.2.2 ? Y/N

According to the error message from the loader, you're still on a GPT partitioned system.
During boot, boot from the USB which doesn't have the text: UEFI before or after the disc-name.
Remove all partitions and re-partition during setup.

    MAK's don't get free HWID's, afaik.

I migrated Windows Pro 8.1 MKT activated to Windows 10 Pro 10240, activated it with MKT obtaining a MAK activation. I changed the key by the pro key 3V66T and got free HWID.

That's what happens when you go from 8.1 KMS(pico) and upgrade, windows 10 shows MAK activated, after clean install it shows Digital License. MAK only (a real working MAK, without using a KMS solution) shouldn't work.

i have done the process over on a Virtual Machine VMWare .
the activation went fine and everything was activated.
i don't know why with this HP all in one probably because the computer does not support MBR and only GPT.

Did you enable the CSM or Legacy BIOS in boot options?

Did you remove ALL partitions on the disk and re-partition during setup?
If you didn't, windows setup won't be able to partition in MBR when the one left still is GPT.
Last, did you boot from the USB without the text: "UEFI" in front or after it?
