During the installation i've deleted every partition was found and created a new one for the new OS. this the model i am working on HP Envy TouchSmart All-in-One 24-n015nb
i suppose internet has to be turned off ? (will it not conflict with a already activated Win 10 Home with digital entitlement ?)
for now i'm just collecting information which is not highlighted in the sticked thread (or i missed it). anyway i'll try on vm first, if successful then on a friend's PC. of course i'm talking about getting free 10 pro with digital entitlement not the 180 days KMS solution or paying
For "one disk" systems with only one usable partition (rest is system partitions), simply removing all partitions and re-partitioning, the disk will automatically be partitioned in the correct platform. Example: My SSD is now MBR partitioned and i want to re-install using the UEFI/GPT system. I boot my usb with UEFI in the name and during setup i delete all partitions and re-partition the ssd, it will be GPT. When the system has more drives, you have to disconnect the other drives or use diskpart to convert the System DISK to GPT manually (i only use diskpart using murphy78's diskpart and apply image script).
today have i order a new laptop to finish this experiment . the laptop is a hp branche home oem Windows 10 i've formated the USB MBR after i tried the USB Installer_Creator to inject the drivers, i have booted first with UEFI USB , i've deleted al the partions, now i've booted with the USB MBR injected Drivers however the installation doesn't detect my local HDD. in the BIOS i disabled secure boot and enabled legacy boot. but the windows still doesn't detect my hdd. can you please point me to the right directions ?
