    Seems to me that a moderator could move @mephistooo2's Tool to a seperate fork here
    as they did with @mustafa gotr's UUP GUI tool in the UUP Dump thread

    would clearly differentiate between the two trains of thought...

    False positive.
    ps2exe (available on github) is used to create the exe file; Post #481 explains how to get the original cmd file; you can look at the source code if you are doubting.
