Hi everyone we run a small non-profit and recently got a some laptops in with Win10 Single User , is there a way I can convert it to our legitimate multiple licence , without formatting and re-installing ? Or is it the same as Win8 and you need to Redo it completely?
Try this (no garantee) : 1 click on action center 2 all settings 3 choose Update & security 4 click Activation (on the left of the screen) 5 change product key Enter your Pro product key. If it is accepted, your w10 home is upgraded to Pro in a few minuts. Good luck!
What is a Single User Windows 10 (OEM), or you did it yourself? Or you're thinking about something else, or I do not understand anything. Or were you thinking Single-User Mode? or Single Language you mean? And what it means - convert. I want to convert laptop to super user server, is it possible?
Sorry I meant Single Langauge , its a terrible name and I have no idea why MS thought it was a good idea to name it that >.> Anyhow , sadly it's not as simple as changing the keys , you instantly get a error message saying the other key can't be used , I also tried manually removing the key with SLMGR and adding the Mak key , sadly this doesn't work either. I am now trying to use the Windows 10 pro install CD to upgrade it and then using the MAK key
