Win32 Calculator is back (at least in LTSB)

    Doesn't the fix include an updated win32calc file? Or does the fix update other files to make the conversion function not crash?

    It installs a new version of win32calc.exe.mui file. The win32calc binary itself is unchanged. It seems the bug has something to do with localization

    win32calc.exe.mui in KB4516077 and KB4524148 are binary identical.
    (note: difference between KB4516077 and KB4524148 is only in files windowsdefenderapplicationguard.wim (revision 774 vs 775) and jscript.dll (revision 772 vs 775))
