Hi, any one can help sometime my laptop login to window it load to the windows desktop after that it's freeze when i press ctrl+ alt + del no respone but hdd light up but the only thing is mouse cursor able to moving only..but cannot open any program, i got the video save it when this happen if your guy wanna see the video pls do let me know i will post it up at here.however this is new notebook just send to asus for replacement new motherboard problem still same A42J series notebook
