Windows 9 was on track by the developments groups which was labeled Windows threshold. I'm gonna make a few presumptions here. The development team was going to label it Windows 9 but was overruled by ms leadership to call it Windows 10 bc of how bad Windows 8 was or wise.

anyone having issues with iexplorer? I have trouble getting the multiple files to DL from ms downloads. Sometimes it crashes sometimes it just says it failed (lol failed is being mild imo). I keep sending frowns from their own webpages lmao
Why is it that most people abbreviate terms that don't necessarily need to be abbreviated? Is it to hide things from the inexperienced or what? I am curious to know the reason why when the forum is meant to address problems for all users.
It makes sense to have the Cortana replacing Search in the final release when it has the ability to do all things related to search and even more.
No idea, probably one of those (Chinese) app/software. I think people had earlier expected the Search will be replaced by Cortana, naturally it would be welcome to have it appear early.
