I am not too sure, Chris, those fanatic geeks just try anything and show them off in their closed chat circle. I am quite busy presently to care about those things, the latest I heard was 9895. :p

Btw, don't know why you guys made such a big fuss over a stupid task bar, what I was interested was actually about Cortana in place of Search.

Just to add: I didn't trust that pictures from Win10. They're to easy to fake and make people crazy!!

    NO Offence FaiKee!!

From what Gabe Aul has been teasing on the blog along with some other things, I personally do believe that we will get something special in January. It's hard to say whether it will be an actual Consumer Preview or something else, or whether or not it's kernel will be 10 or not, who knows... but they do seem to like to surprise us with this Insider Program. So we will just have to wait and see.

Although I do hope that they release that expected update for 9879 which is also expected to be included for the Slow ring. Here's hoping for 9879 Pro / Server ISOs along with Slow ring release before the weekend begins!

Absolutely correct! That's what we were told by Microsoft regarding the last Windows 10 build released to the public. My idea of the Win10China is that the Build 9888 is not meant for public test.

Can you confirm if that particular Build 9888 is having DirectX 12 as expected?
