Yea if I leave my HDMI TV plugged in while I install 8 or 8.1, after the first part of the install on DVI LCD, the machine reboots to continue the install and shifts everything over to the HDMI TV, even if it is not enabled I have to either unplug HDMI, or turn the TV on to complete the install Some reason the GPU always sets HDMI as Display 1 and DVI as display 2
