v2-0-0-7 in W8 also works (and it didn't before with v2-0-0-5 and v2-0-0-6... There was no crash, but application window didn't appear after the run), now it is fixed probably...
nice... ...where you got these ideas for new apps? ...maybe you can integrate all those tweaks to one alternative "Buldozer's Control Panel"

You can try to implement changing corner positions to various edges. Also more multimon options or changing hot corners size.
I dont use this anymore but when I did I had a issue where the toggledesktop would always activate and minimize all my windows on me when I was doing something such as watching netflix, etc. If I right clicked the taskbar i'd see i'd ahve the option to "unminimize all windows" and it only stopped happening after I removed this suite.
I already tried but looks like that corners analyze the mouse cursor position. When I move the bottom corner to top, it starts to behave like top corner and does not show the Start preview button. Can you remember which version of SMS has such annoying behavior? I thought I have fixed that. It was an issue with version 2.0 or early, a do not remember exactly.
