Yah.. but you need to uncheck x64 recovery mode while making an AIO.

Why can't you check x64 recovery mode?

Could you be so kind and tell us how you did this. Using 1 16GB stick for both Versions of Windows on one usb stick is better then using two 16GB stick for each version of Windows.

Combining Windows 7 and 8 into one wim would be interesting, if anybody could write maybe a little howto, that would be great!
There is another way to do it: Create a WinPE iso (eg. WinPE_SE), put in on your USB stick, you can even create more than one of those and boot them with Grub4dos.
Then you use WinNTSetup by JFX, which allows you to select an iso (or .wim) and runs your OS setup for you. In that case you don't need the "boot" part of a "normal" Windows (XP, W7, W8), WinPE and WinNTSetup take care of that part for you.
It took me about 6 months to get the hang of this, but now I wouldn't want to miss it ever again! Booting from USB with an option of WinPE's (XPlive, WinPE_SE, WinPE 4 from Windows 8, etc), then installing any OS you want (XP, W7, W8, etc). Everything on one USB!!!

Was that 2 ISOs, one for 7 and one for 8 or were you able to put 7 and 8 on one install disc?
    Thanks

    Hi all

i like your programme very much but am having problems using it.

i am running windows 8 Professional and WINAIO Maker Professional 1.3

the issues I am having are as follows:

    1. looking for a detailed tutorial on how to use it

    2. how many images can you load at once - when you click on "select WIMS"

    3. where is the location for the data for when you click on "save all changes" at the top

    4. when I click on "Save all into ISO" - it prompts me for the source, but won't let me choose the source, it fills in the source automatically as "C:\Users\****\Desktop\AIO\Windows 7 32 Bit"

5.when the final ISO is created and burned to A DVD or USB thumb drive and boot up I get a message from windows saying " Windows cannot find the required file "C:\Sources\install.wim"

did a google search and found that usually means the install.wim file is corrupt.

also used Windows Download Integrator to create an AIO but still got the error message about windows not finding install.wim

hoping someone can help with my issues, I am a computer technician and it would be so handy to have this working
