okay, so I have been experienceing wierd stuff with updates. When windows updates my video card drivers, it screws my computer up when I boot it up, my icons and start menu don't appear. I have done the following to try and fix this: Reboot computer F8 Safe Mode and I have manually removed it that way. I have also tried the trouble shooting tools provided by windows, and I have tried re-formatting my computer. I know the issue is my HD video card cuz I have been told thats what it is by a computer engineer, and now he is saying to remove all of the drivers, software, and components for my hd video card. How do I do this???
Find out the manufacturer for your video card and download drivers from there web site don't do it through windows update.
