Yes, like juyal69 have said, I checked and the two versions x86 and x64 of spanish Windows 10 1511 Build 10586 are corrupted. And you are sending us to the Windows 10.0240 version ??? We are talking here about the Windows 10 1511 Build 10586 Retail & MSDN ISO !
Techbench distributes the same iso's as MSDN does If the sha-1 hash checks out they are the same. On techbench you can download ISO's in 25 languages and x86 or x64, they also provide N versions....
Can anybody help? I downloaded the TH2 ESD, made the ISO I tried to install it, and it says the computer started with the installation media. Of course it did not because I just mouted the ISO. I tried doing the WU method, it does not detect TH2 at all. SO I grabbed the ESD from one of the sources here and built the iSO. The system is running on RTM release version of Win 10
Sorry for noob question, but if we installed Win 10 Pro a few months ago... how do we 'update' to this? Can we do it through Windows Update?
id depend on what you install: if you install files listed on MSDN then you have install a C2R version (Click to Run) - this does not use Windows update it use the internal Office c2r update (must be setup inside Office !!!) if you install a c2r LTSB version -> you must manual install updates (that was the reason for LTSB) if you install a VOLUME version (this use the good old msi installer) then you can get updates via Windows update (exept LTSB Volume)
already recieved the update using windows update win 10 ENT however on the winver it still shows its 1024 version. on Windows Pro it shows version 1511 ( Build 10586.3) somehow the Pro does updates to the new build but ENT not.
that's one reason why i hate this c2r nonsense - the internal c2r update was always a pain - in most case it don't work very well
