Opened an email with this attachment, webcoremetrics which affected all of my browsers, edge, firefox, etc. When I open edge and go to my chase banking account it does not allow me in, a wheel just rotates. Both Firefox and edge will not allow me to do banking, but I can access other internet sites. I downloaded Opera web browser and it works fine. I can't find where webcoremetrics is loaded i my windows 10 system, Can anyone help me with how to get this malicious trojan out of my system? The Windows 10 system is updated to 1903

Hmm is simple NEVER open email attachments without knowing their provenance because the consequence can be fatal...

Disable Defender, download and install Eset and run a deep scan (soft is free for 30 days)

To all that responded, there was no personal data on the "C" drive other than Windows 10 Pro, 1903. The desktop icons the were used for banking have all been setup with new passwords. The hard drive was destroyed and using the new Windows 10 Pro media creation tool, rebuilt a clean operating system. From there the desktop icons have been re-installed. Just for information purposes, I have been using a software package from Australia called Boostspeed. This is an internet protector as well as a system protector. I have all my high school students using this on their Dell's, and for the past 7 years we have had only 4 virus. Again thanks for your support and help
