this is not local. i have upgraged 1903 to 1909 and search box became like this. ctrl-v and context menu does not work.

OK, but please explain what's wrong with me that I don't have such a problem. And as I said above, I currently have four very different computers, three of which are clean installation and one updated. Teach me to how I can get this problem.
why should we teach you? why do we have to make you believe? we have the bug, you don't have it. we have nothing with you. that is all. if someone else has it and has a solution for it we want to hear it, not "i don't have, so make me believe" thing. what will you do, or what can you do if we make you believe it?
Are you on the latest updates? Did you install latest update using Windows Update? I have this issue with 18363.418 and after.

That's fine. Because they're just asking It's simple they probably did not install 18363.418 they are still on 18363.327 I guess that search issue is not present in 18363.327.
