Windows 10 additional features offline installer?

    As the title says, I want to install Japanese supplemental fonts pack from add a feature menu, but Im behind corp firewall so windows update doesnt work. There are offline installers for patches but I couldnt find these W10 "features" anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks.
