I don't recommend installing on top of previous versions. One reason is System Reserved partition has grown from 100MB (Windows 7) to 350MB (Windows 10TP).
Running this on a 32bit intel duo 1.5ghz 2gig ram and intel gma945 (with modded drivers) on a lenovo/ibm laptop from 2007 and everythings is super smooth. Best os since WinXP, and WinXP was slower.
