nobody knows for sure! its up to you... I don't see it making much difference as when the final comes out you can always upgrade to it.

Yep. PCs with less than 4GB RAM do better on 32-bit.

Whatever it is, there must be a good reason MS still makes 32-bit OS. Anyhow people can always upgrade to 64-bit whenever they are ready though it requires clean install.

I'm on Enterprise 64-bit en-us from ESD. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability is empty. Telemetry is disabled because I disabled it in Group Policy Editor and it's now greyed out in Settings-Privacy-Feedback & diagnostic.
