It's the same build lol. I dunno what kind of pixie dust makes you think this OEM image is better, but sorry, I just crushed you with some reality .
O god the reality is so scary I have to say this is the most bland / crappy user interface I have ever used. It takes the minimalism of chrome to the next level. Also it gives the finger to all the people using a non-touch enabled device. Hell the control panel screams that literally in black and white. I'm going to show this to my parents to see what they think hehe
Right click the desktop New then select Shortcut at the Type the Location of the item enter "Control" without the quotes. Next screen, Name it Control Panel or whatever suits your fancy and you end up with the Windows 7 Control Panel. I agree that the "Settings" in Win-10 sucks big time.
That merely alleviates the problem temporarily in terms of a proper desktop settings control panel. I showed my mom the Operating System in Vmware Workstation of course and her thoughts were that it looked like a first grader drew the icons. I agree with her on this even though she is not very tech savvy. The icons are freaking terrible I mean I feel like Microsoft is shoving a tablet oriented OS down my throat. I have no intention of using a tablet as my primary laptop until such a time passes that they are affordable to buy as a replacement for my current laptop. Also I am a fan of skeuomorphism in terms of an icon style as opposed to flat icons.
LOL. SO 10240.16384 is the real RTM by traditional meaning - what OEM got from Microsoft. There might be still new ISO with security patches integrated on GA though. However even in this case, I think the 10240 will not change at more. Another hope is they keep KMS V6. LOL.

I installed the 10240 build however found it funny as on certain Apps there was a smiley and on clicking on it, it suggests to send feedback, definitely does not seem to be like RTM
