when upload in torrent from my rpd and seedbox i got max 30-40MB Upload if lucky and got some i hope can upload and seed them xD
with those things, best bet is to let it go, dont look at it and come back in 30 minutes or an hour and see how it goes. Sometimes you get put into a queue and will take time to get full access to the speeds. Patience is key sometimes with torrents.

This damn upgrade ruined my laptop the installation went fine but its just not moving past the LETS START stage after everything was installed..just a blue screen with a little spinny icon that keeps moving been like that for maybe 20 min now
CTRL + ALT + DEL Select task manager Click run Open cmd Shutdown -s -t 1 Then start up again If not hold down the power button let the computer turn off turn it back on and let see if that works
#1. It ruined the OS not the laptop. #2. For exactly that reason clever ones create an Image Backup bevore even thinking about doing an Upgrade. Those always have 50:50 chance at best.
should I take out the disc or leave it in? I will just have to turn it off completely since control alt delete isnt working

K I took out the disc and turned off the laptop..then I rebooted, waiting to see if ANYTHING happens here Edit: Looks like it had locked up..I rebooted it and now Im at the home screen YAY!!
It worked!!! and my laptop is activated permantely I checked with slmgr /xpr in cmd..I have no idea what happened before and why it locked up but it seems to be working now I gotta go ahead and do a clean install..because everything looks exactly the same as with windows 8.1 except the icons of course are different I want a clean install
