Instead there's a method not tested by me btw but looks functional and safe:

whichever way you think is best, although the file from that site seems perfectly safe, it's not a site known to post malware infected junk.

Is there another link besides mega? I simply cannot download from the site, it completely comes to 0 and then says temporary error. I'm currently downloading a movie at 2.2 MB so it's not my connection (yes I paused the movie and tried again)

Discovered when I was playing around on my VM that when you runt he IE batch file and remove the packages (not sure which specific package), access to the Proxy and LAN settings under the google chrome settings (which uses Internet Explorer's). is no longer available. Might be something to look into for those interested in automatic or manual LAN detection or a proxy for that matter.

Also, I remember that to global text within the Services dialog box ( the description of what the services do and such) had also disappeared after running one of the bat files, but unfortunately, I reloaded my snapshot and forgot which caused said issue so I can't be any more informative than that

Yeah, I can't say 100% for sure ( I thought it might have been one of the WMI packages), but then again, I restored my image before investigating, so it could have been another tweak that I was working with

the wmi packages that are removed don't actually touch the wmi service, i know the services window acts up if you stop the wmi service though.

Mega.co.nz was easier to navigate IMHO...
