The loader was downloaded from a magnet link via my signature, right? Open up command promt as an administrator and use sfc /scannow in an attept to fix things.
Yep, that's where I originally got the loader from. I did that "sfc /scannow" and this is the result: C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th em. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log C:\Windows\system32> You can find the log file here: h t t p : / / we.tl/Mo9Ko5AHxe (Remove the spaces, sorry can't post links yet due to postcount)
Thanks for the help so far Daz. I think I'm just going to do it the hard way. - Clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64. - Activate using Daz Loader 2.2.2. - Check the Microsoft Genuine website you mentioned earlier to see if activation is OK. - If this is the case, upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. - Check if activation has succeeded. - If not, spam the activate button and/or reboot. - If activation is successful, do a clean install of Windows 10. - Check activation again.
Daz loader does activate windows ten on a clean install. Installed windows 10 clean used the kms key for that and once it was finished ran daz loader. This doesn't activate windows automatically but if you keep trying to go into the windows store it eventually does. Best guess is that the server is overloaded at the moment due to all the windows ten installs and it takes some pushing to get it to kick in.
Im use dat method, when Update is ready to download notification center will give to u option to download Update if u want
So I was running Windows 7 Ultimate with daz . I installed Windows 10 Pro and everything is fine and activated . My question is can i do clean install ?
Similiar procedure to Win 8/8.1 OEM machine activation. It's done automatically at net contact. Normally no need for intervention (at least not 0.5 CAL).
I have win 10 pro and this don't change nothing, where I have too see? screenshot--> ht tp:// i59.tinypic.com/5yyb9h.jpg
I'm back. Like stated above I did a clean install of Windows 7, activated it using the latest Daz Loader. After that I did an upgrade to Windows 10 (was automatically activated). Finally I did a clean install of Windows 10 and it's still activated. Thanks for the help!
Win 7 Ultimate activated with Daz loader converted to Windows 10 in place and remained activated. I then used Microsoft's tool to make Win 10 Pro install media (USB in my case.) Turned off my computer, took out the hard disk, put in a blank HD. Booted from the USB. Picked "skip" when asked for the product key. Further into the install, it asked again "Now it's time to enter your product key" but I was able to say later. Windows finished installing. I created a local account and declined to use or create a Microsoft account. Windows logged me in - and properties of "This PC" show I have Windows 10 pro, and show it as activated. So it looks (so far) like Microsoft's assertion that you can do a clean install on a previously activated PC and it will automagically re-activate are true. Windows 10 must have sent some kind of hardware signature to the activation servers after being installed as an upgrade to Windows 7 that was properly activated (loader seems to qualify as properly activated) Also apparent - changing to a different hard disk on the computer did not change the hardware signature in a way that made the activation servers think it is a different computer. BTW - this is a home built PC. MSI mobo and AMD A series processor. BIOS Boot mode mixed legacy/UEFI, boot disk is MBR format.
Those activations are permanent but KMS one will last 180 days but with AutoKMS that 180 days can last forever.
Best thing to do is to do a disk cleanup and one of the options is to delete old windows installations. That will delete the windows.old folder and other unneeded crap, I'm sure.
