With this new version the Owner Local Account Administrator picture can not be change. If you use the search feature and go to pictures folder and select a "jpg" file you get an error message "your account picture failed". Has anyone found the same and a fix for it. It works find on Windows 10 Pro does not work with this new 1703 update.
I found the solution, no thanks to Microsoft. With the new Enterprise Creator 1703 in order to change the Local Account Administrator's picture you have to convert your "jpg" to "png". When you have the "png" created got to Local Disk, "C", program data/Microsoft/user account pictures. There you will find all the "png" files Microsoft uses. You will have to rename the "user-192.png" to your new picture logo which you built.
