    It seems it-IT x64 consumer client version can't be downloaded. I'm experiencing
    "PRECONDITION FAILED" error

    Please specify the ESD, there are new 18362.295, 18362.356 and 18363.356 ESDs;):D

    We still have Builds in both the Slow Ring (18362.10022) & Release Preview Ring.(18363.356) Microsoft has yet to merge the two.

    Where is 19h2 (18363.356)? On the first page i can see only 19h1 links 18362

    It's this THE final update for 2019 a k a Windows 10 version 19H2 build 18363.356 or is still timebombed ( like they use to do with any other evaluation / insider versions ) for now?

    18362.356 is 1903/19H1 = public.

    18363.356 = 1909/19H2 = RP/SLOW ring at the moment, nobody knows what they meant by releasing the 18363.356 ESD's when it still is developed in the IP rings.
