You could export all x64 indexes to a x86 install.wim but that won't ever be able to boot uefi systems.

I have asked @abbodi1406 these questions in the past too. How it now works is the best way to have both, x86 and x64, functionality intact.

@goncalo16 but in uefi world, you cannot boot x64 installer if cpu is x86 only (some cheap tablet or netbook for example )
more over, x64 installer cannot install x86 images.
only in legacy bios world, 32 bits installer can install both x86 or x64 images...

Office 2019 has two dedicated threads in the office section of the forum, YAOCTRU will be able to always download the latest uptodate office 2019 and YAOCTRI will enable you to configure and install it.

Questions or discussions about the different tools should be continued in the tool's threads.

In those threads there are ISOs available too.

    - Detect ARM64 Host OS and use x86 binaries for conversion

    - Updated multi_arch_iso.cmd to properly set iso label (specially for 19H2/20H2)

As I understand it, there are three ways to create Windows 10 ISOs. They are:

    A. Convert ESD to ISO
    B. Convert UUP to ISO
    C. Use SVF files and the source ISO to convert to ISO

    My questions are:

    1. Except for (C), do (A) and (B) produce ISOs with SHA1 hashsums that are identical to those released by MVS?
    2. Except for SVF files, are ESD and UUP files released by Microsoft?

ISOs files converted from ESDs are unique every time they are made, they can't be verified. Centrally distributed ISOs are made by MSFT and when shared, the checksums can be verified.
Yes, by who else? the svf's are also made from officially by MSFT released ISOs, else they would not be allowed on MDL.

Am I right to say that ISOs converted from UUP are also unique each time they are made?

I really appreciate the work of the guy who devoted a lot of his time, effort and resources to create and upload SVF files.

    - set edition FLAGS property for OS images
    - skip unnecessary install.wim rebuilding if the target is install.esd
    - skip unnecessary boot.wim rebuilding
    - skip updating winre.wim if no applicable updates available (e.g. build 20211.1000 with NDP48 KB4578846)
    - StartComponentCleanup will be always executed for winre.wim after updating, regardless Cleanup option

Finally some good improvements for those still at the mercy of mechanical HDDs
I've seen way too many potatoes unable to complete uupdump builds in a timely manner or straight out freeze due to aggressive compression set
(maybe that one should also be tuned down one notch - it's not like it's giving meaningful space savings anyway).

What would be the improvement except that it now doesn't rebuild the install.wim twice before it creates the install.esd when selected?

Afaik, creating isos with install.esd (ESD>ISO) is fastest because the source also is esd.

@abbodi1406 posted the UUP converter, though. Wrong topic, I guess...

ESD -> ESD is fast but only if you don't want to service. Then, it gets slightly more complicated. :D

Correct, but we are in the ESD topic. UUP is next door. :p

@abbodi1406 considers the uup platform esd too, he always publishes the UUP>ISO tool in this thread:)
